Our practice is devoted to providing expert, second-opinion consultations in skin, head and neck and ophthalmic pathology for hospitals, pathologists, pathology groups, patients, research organizations and legal professionals in seeking subspecialty expertise in these areas. Consultations are rendered by board-certified experienced pathologists, often top experts in their fields. Our areas of expertise include melanoma, nevi, skin cancer, oral and head and neck cancer, eyelid and conjunctival tumors as well as other aspects of ophthalmic pathology.

We help hospitals and pathology groups to develop, support and market their subspecialty pathology services in their communities. In addition to interpretation of pathology specimens, we provide professional leadership in our partner’s laboratories. We do not provide technical services in our facilities; therefore, unlike other pathology laboratories we do not compete for the primary pathology business with our partners.

To support our mission, we developed an innovative paperless workflow solution. It uses a secure web-based database which facilitates the entire process of communication between outside pathologists and us. This process allows a cost-effective integration with our partner’s laboratories.
